Today our new facility manager at our new brewery in Svinninge Anders Busse has his first day with the To Øl team in Copenhagen. Lucky for us, he’s from the Danish island Fyn, where they have a long tradition for a special cake named Brunsviger; a greasy, buttery-brown sugar heavy thingy, best enjoyed in weekend mornings and for all celebratory events.
In best To Øl overall style, Tore is in high demand this morning, and we all want a piece of him! We call the cake Brunsvinninge today.
