A regular on the BRUS menu card is the BRUS burger! Served with BLC, tomatoes and truffle mayo in a homebaked bun with a juicy beef patty. The burger also comes in a veggie edition with aubergine instead of meat. We suggest that you eat it with the ridiculously good fermented fries on the side. Yes, they are fermented – for 9 days – then double fried and served with lovage powder and a fermented mushroom mayo. All goes perfect with a huge fresh beer from the bar.
