In 2015 we got together with Browar PINTA from Poland to create the first beer in a series that would later become notorious in Poland and around Europe for it’s inspiring and well-rounded sour beers.
Earlier this year, we returned to Krakow, Poland and created Kwas Ny – a 8,9% ABV Sour Triple collab, inspired by the Belgian Abbey style, fermented using a yeast cultivated at the Krakow University. It’s packed with Oats and carefully blended from two different brews.
The result is a wonderfully dry and tart sour, full of fruity notes and it’s almost too-easy-to-drink considering the ABV.
