A new cocktail line from the people behind BRUS and Mikropolis Bar is launching this spring. The name is Mikropolis Cocktails and the cocktails are brewed right here at the BRUS Brewery on fermentation tanks coming out on kegs, like you know it from your draught beer. BRUS brewery just got a brand new canning machine, which will eventually can cocktails for Mikropolis Cocktails to come out on all sorts of shelves and shops.
From Mikropolis Cocktails you will meet drinks like Rhubarb Crush, Grapefruit Spritzer, Cucumber G&T’s, Ginger Mojitos and White Russian. The drinks will be pouring from tap on various Danish festivals, venues and Copenhagen streetfood markets throughout the summer. Keep a lookout for us in Byhaven, Pumpehuset, Heartland Festival, Broens Gadekøkken, Roskilde Festival, Folkemødet & Haven Festival.
