This was always going to happen. Of course, there was going to be a DIPA in here. Maris Otter, Wheat Malt and Oat Malt are here creating a creamy New England style base here. 100% Whirlpool hopped with El Dorado for some extra juice we’ve sent this silly beer off to ferment on London Ale III and then dry hopped in two stages with Vic Secret and BRU1 building to 28g/L. Nose is all peach, pineapples, strawberries and bubblegum and the flavour ain’t very far off that either.
