It’s not too long now until we release our new beers! Today some samples were sent to the office straight from the brewery, and after tasting them, we cannot wait to share them with you very soon!
From left to right you are looking at :
1 Ton of…Pomegranate – This Fruit Berliner Weisse taken to the extremes. For this version, we have decrease the amount of bitter hops, to give a more rounded beer. We fermented it with London Fog Yeast pushed to high temperature in order to strees some smooth and juicy esters which balances out the acidity from the huge amount of Pomegranate. Of course fermented together with our all time favorite: To Øl Instant Crush Brett
Fogged Up: 8% Foggy Heavy and Juicy Imperial IPA. With around 40% Oats and Wheat, this is a protein heavy IPA with a fat backbone. Dry Hopped with Citra creating tons of citrus notes, balanced by a slight amount of Mosaic hops which adds a nice ripe tropical touch to it. Fermented with the WLP066 London Fog Yeast which also creates juicy esthers, leaving this as one juicy foggy IIPA.
3 X NUL Citra: We increased the amount of wheat to an astonishing 35% and have increased the hop dosing to 18 g/liter dry hop of pure Citra Hops (compared to the original, that had both Citra and Mosaic), to give the crispest hoppiest touch possible. Citra adds lovely notes of juicy citrus fruits, which once again works perfectly with the To Øl Instant Crush Brett. The Brett in this case has company during fermentation with a uniquely new lactic acid bacteria that creates the most smooth acidity imaginable, as well as a saison strain, boosting the attenuation to the MAX. The result is a lovely, crisp, funky, citrussy zero IBU farmhouse IPA.
