Shipping methods vary to destination and country. Please allow up to 4-9 work days for orders within the EU. For Non-EU countries, please allow up to 4-11 work days plus any time for customs processing that may occur.
We pack orders as soon as payment is received. Prepared parcels are collected twice a week from our warehouse in Svinninge, Denmark and transported with a 3rd party logistics company to a forwarding warehouse in Brøndby, Denmark where, depending on your shipping selection, are then shipped with PostNord, Bring, UPS or DHL.
If your order is placed with UPS, the parcel is transported to a hub in Hamburg where it is then scanned by UPS.
Please note that there can be delays between the notification of the tracking code and initial movements seen in the tracking code that can take 2-6 working days.
We ship all products including beer, wine, cider, spirits and other products containing alcohol to EU countries.
We ship all products including beer, wine, cider, spirits and other products containing alcohol to Norway. However, the customer agrees to pay all duties and related import fees. All orders to Norway are non-refundable.
We only ship merchandise and other products that do not contain alcohol to non-EU countries.
The customer must be of legal drinking age in their country to purchase any product containing alcohol.

Club orders are renewed on the 1st day of each month. We aim to have our club boxes out as quickly as possible, but we sometimes have slow downs with some external distributors which means there can sometimes be a delay.
Cancellation & Editing orders
Orders can be cancelled before they leave our warehouse. If the order leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible to return unopened goods to:

Exchanges and refunds
We do not normally refund unless there is physical damage to the products or a quality issue. It is up to our discretion to determine if a quality issue is valid.
Your refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card than the one used to place the order. Refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party. All orders to Norway are non-refundable.
We will not refund any shipping costs/import tax incurred by you in receiving an order; the prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, import fees, or VAT. We are not able to refund you for these fees.
If you purchased a product in conjunction with a promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we pay to you
