Shipping methods

Orders placed before 15:00 Monday - Thursday are packed and shipped out the same day except on Fridays where our cutoff is at 14:00. 

Please note that there can be delays between the notification of the tracking code and initial movements seen in the tracking code that can sometimes take 1-2 working days.

A tracking code is sent by email once the order is packed.

EU Countries

We ship all products including beer, wine, cider, spirits and other products containing alcohol to EU countries.

Non-EU Countries

We only ship merchandise and other products that do not contain alcohol to non-EU countries.

Drinking Age

The customer must be of legal drinking age in their country to purchase any product containing alcohol.

Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods on our website: most major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your order will be processed after we have received the payment.

Beer Club orders are renewed on the 1st day of each month. We aim to have our club boxes out as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed and shipped out of the warehouse. If the order leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return of unopened and non-expired goods to:

Beer Club Cancelation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled any time up to the end of the month and before the renewal cycle.  If can canceled within the month the customer will not be charged for the next month. Promotional offers are non-refundable.

Beer Club Rules

To Øl reserves the right to cancel a membership for any reason we determine necessary to maintain the highest quality of service to our customer base.  

Referral Program for the Beer Club

Our referral program allows for our beer club members (advocates) to invite their friends (referred friend) to join at a discount.  The beer club advocate is rewarded with a unique coupon code for the next month at 50% off.  This reward is typically processed 6 hours after their referred friend’s sign-up is processed unless fraudulent activity is detected and investigated.  To be very clear, the referral program is for your friends only.  Abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification of rewards and general ban on our webshop.  

Exchanges and refunds

We do not normally refund unless there is physical damage to the products or a quality issue. It is up to our discretion to determine if a quality issue is valid.

Your refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card than the one used to place the order. Refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party.

We will not refund any shipping costs/import tax incurred by you in receiving an order; the prices shown on our website are with Danish VAT.

If you purchased a product in conjunction with a promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we pay to you.

Parcel Returns 

Orders that have not picked up from drop point locations in time by the customer and are subsequently returned to our warehouse will be subject to a 50 DKK return and handling fee. This is to cover the cost of the shipping that we are charged as a company. Each case will be reviewed individually, to ensure that anyone with a legitimate reason why their order was not collected, will not be charged the return fee.
