Why is my order not processed yet?

Our warehouse is busier than ever before. This is why it might take us a little longer to process you order. We promise we’re doing everything we can to deliver your beers to you as soon as possible! So, please allow some days for the order to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What shall I do if my order arrives damaged?

To make sure the order gets compensated, we need pictures of the outer box, the damaged product, and the inner packaging. After that write to us regarding the issue, and attach the pictures. We will contact the delivery service regarding compensation.

When can I expect answer to my mail?

We strive to answer as fast as possible. We therefore answer mails, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Beware that these days can be different some weeks.

Why am I not receiving free shipping?

We have from the end of 2023 had to increase the cost of free shipping.

Where can I use my Tipster voucher?

Your Tipster voucher can be used in our psychical stores. This includes our shop in Svinninge, and BRUS in Copenhagen. You cannot use the Tipster voucher in our webshop.
