Due to the current situation and high demand, our warehouse is busier than ever before. This is why it might take us a little longer to process you order. We promise we’re doing everything we can to deliver your beers to you as soon as possible! So, please allow some days for the order to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


In the Beer Club Gold, you will receive 10 beers every month. The Gold subscription include beers from our own brewery in Svinninge, our experimental and exciting beers brewed at our Copenhagen Brewery BRUS, collaboration beers made with great breweries we admire, and exiting guest beers from amazing breweries around the world. The Gold also includes To Øl merchandise, please note that there will not be merchandise in every box, however we try to include a little treat as often as possible.

In the Beer Club Silver, you will receive 6 beers every month. This box is To Øl exclusive. So, you can expect our freshest and latest brews from our own brewery in Svinninge, some of our experimental and exciting beers brewed at our Copenhagen Brewery BRUS, and the occasional collaboration beers. The silver subscription does not include merchandise or guest beers. 

When you first sign up, regardless of the date, the amount for the first box will be withdrawn from your account, to ensure the authenticity of the account. Then after the 1st, we will send out your box (you will of course not be charged again). For the following months, the amount will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month.

The To Øl Beer Club is sent out once a month. On the 1st of each month, the money is deducted from your account. After that, our warehouse begins packing and dispatching all the orders. This can take up to 5 working days to dispatch them all, so it's likely that your beer box will arrive in the second week of each month.

If you are unable to log into your account, your account is most likely not activated yet. When you sign up you receive an email with a link, where you activate your account (please also check your spam folder or search for emails from 

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your membership, you first have to cancel your current membership. So if you want to upgrade from Silver to Gold, you first have to cancel your active Silver membership and resubscribe to Gold. When signing up again, the money will be withdrawn right away, and you will receive the box at the beginning of the following month. 

Sadly the promotional offer Year of Beer isn't applicable to the Gold box. This offer is also non-refundable, so you would need to wait until your current year subscription is over before you could switch your subscription or cancel.

To make any changes to your subscription, log in with your store account.You will see a link to manage your subscriptions. This portal allows you to do things such as:

- Updating your billing information

- Changing billing or shipping addresses

- Skipping upcoming shipments

- Modifying quantities and products

In order to cancel your Beer Club Subscription, you have to log into your costumer profile, (you can find the sign-in at the top right corner). Here you choose ‘Manage Subscription’ from the menu on the left, then in the bottom you will find a button called ‘Cancel Subscription’.
