HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERYTIME?
Due to the current situation and high demand, the delivery times are longer than normal, and is of course different from country to country. After your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it can take from 2-5 days for it to arrive at the final destination. PostNord and DPD are as well experiencing many delays due to very high demands. Have you been waiting for your order more then 7 days, reach out to us, and we will investigate.
WHY IS MY ORDER NOT PROCESSED YET?
Due to the current situation and high demand, our warehouse is busier then ever before. This is why it might take us a little longer to process you order. We promise we’re doing everything we can to deliver your beers to you as soon as possible! So, please allow some days for the order to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
TO ØL BEER CLUB – FAQ
WHAT IS THE DIFFERNCE BETWEEN GOLD & SILVER?
In the Beer Club Gold, you will receive 10 beers every month. The Gold subscription include beers from our own brewery in Svinninge, our experimental and exciting beers brewed at our Copenhagen Brewery BRUS, collaboration beers made with great breweries we admire, and exiting guest beers from amazing breweries around the world. The Gold also includes To Øl merchandise, please note that there will not be merchandise in every box, however we try to include a little treat as often as possible.
In the Beer Club Silver, you will receive 6 beers every month. This box is To Øl exclusive. So, you can expect our freshest and latest brews from our own brewery in Svinninge, some of our experimental and exciting beers brewed at our Copenhagen Brewery BRUS, and the occasional collaboration beers. The silver subscription does not include merchandise or guest beers.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
The To Øl Beer Club is sent out once a month. This will happen after the 1st of every month. Example: if you sign up on the 2nd of May, you will receive the June box, which is sent out from the 1st of June.
WHY IS THE MONEY ALLREADY WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT?
When you first sign up, regardless of the date, the amount for the first box will be withdrawn from your account, to ensure the authenticity of the account. Then after the 1st, we will send out your box (you will of course not be charged again). For the following months, the amount will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE BOX TO ARRIVE?
Please allow some working days after the 1st before the box is shipped or for the tracking link to be working, as there is a lot of logistics and coordination that needs to be in place before send-outs. We have around 1000 boxes that need to go out on the 1st, but we only have the capacity to send out around 150-200 a day, so some delays are to be expected.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To make any changes to your subscription, log in with your store account.
You will see a link to manage your subscriptions. This portal allows you to do things such as:
- Updating your billing information
- Changing billing or shipping addresses
- Skipping upcoming shipments
- Modifying quantities and products
WHERE CAN I CONNECT WITH OTHER CLUB MEMBERS?
Come say hi and share your experience with our To Øl Beer Club community on Facebook, we have a closed Facebook group called: "To Øl Beer Club: Members Lounge group". We can wait to get to know you, and share our little little Beer corner of the world!
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN BEERS FOR THE BOX?
The club box is carefully selected and put together by To Øl every month, the concept by having a beer club is to provide the same selection of beers to every member, and introduce them to our latest brews and guest beers we think are amazing. Then we come together in our Facebook group and discuss the different beers and preferences. So it’s not possible to chose styles or what beer you would like in the box.
TIPSTER – FAQ
I BOUGHT TWO VOUCHERS; HOW DO I COMBINE THEM?
It is unfortunately not possible to combine two vouchers in our webshop. We use a shop system called Shopify, and here you can only use one promotional code per purchase. This means that you have to place to separate orders and since our warehouse is really busy these days, we unfortunately are not able to combine orders to be shipped together.
I FORGOT TO USE MY VOCHER WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER?
As your voucher was bought through the Tipster platform, we are not able to add the voucher code to your order (as our system don’t have the actual payment to refund to you). So if you placed the order without using your Tipster code, we will have to cancel that order and refund you the amount, where you then can place the order again and use your Voucher code. (We can’t reserve the stock, so if this happens to you, make sure to place the new order quickly, so it doesn’t sell out).
