Why is my order not processed yet?
Our warehouse is busier than ever before. This is why it might take us a little longer to process you order. We promise we’re doing everything we can to deliver your beers to you as soon as possible! So, please allow some days for the order to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I can't log into my account
If you're unable to log into your account it's most likely not been activated yet. When you sign up you should have receive a separate email with a link where you can activate your account.

When can I expect my club Box
Sign up before the last week of the month, your box will be sent out to you right away.
Sign up in the last week of the month, your first box will be the upcoming months box - this is to ensure we send out the freshest beer possible to you - and will be delivered in the begining of the upcoming month.
If you're an active subscriber we'll ship your box from the first working day of the month
What are the Beer Club Perks?

- 10% off at our Copenhagen brewpub BRUS -Can be used in the bar and bottle shop.
- 10% off at our Bottle Shop in To Øl City (in Svinninge)

How do I use my membership discounts?
Simply log in to your customer profile on the Webshop. You will see the To Øl Club logo in the top left corner to confirm you are logged in. The discounts will be automatically applied to your purchases.
Why is the money already withdrawn form my account?
When you first sign up, regardless of the date, the amount for the first box will be withdrawn from your account, to ensure the authenticity of the account. Then after the 1st, we will send out your box (you will of course not be charged again). For the following months, the amount will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make any changes to your subscription, log in to your account here:
Click on 'manage your subscription'. This portal allows you to do things such as:
- Update your billing information
- Change billing or shipping addresses
- Skip upcoming shipments
- Cancel your subscription

Why can I no longer subscribe to the Gold or Year of beer?
After much deliberating, we are now no longer offering a Gold boxor Year Of Beer.ActiveGold subscribers will still keep their subscription as
normal, however if at any point you choose to unsubscribe, you will not be able to resubscribe to Gold. The same applies to Year Of Beer subscribers. Instead, we are focusing one just one club box.
How do I cancel my beer club subscription?
To cancel your beer club subscription, you need to log into your membership account in
the top right corner. When logged in, go to account. From here chose Manage Subscription, and at the bottom of the menu you can chose Cancel Subscription.
