Why is my order not processed yet?

The warehouse is packing from 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday except on holidays observed in Denmark. Under normal conditions, an order is typically packed an shipped within 24 hours. Sometimes we run a campaign, and there will be a large number of orders to process where it can take 1-2 working days before the order is shipped out.

Once an order is packed, a notification is sent with a tracking link from PostNord.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

In Denmark, it typically takes 1-2 business days. Outside of Denmark, please allow for longer delivery times which can range from 2 business days up to 7 business days depending how far you are away from Denmark.

Our logistics partner is PostNord/DPD. All orders shipped out have a tracking link where you can follow the progress. If you've not yet received a tracking link, it means that we are still packing the order.

When can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are picked up by PostNord.

What shall I do if my order arrives damaged?

While it's rare, sometimes our products get damaged in transit due to improper handling. To make sure we can make a claim with PostNord, we need pictures of the outer box, the damaged products, the inner packaging and anything else that might indicate how the damage occurred. Then write to webshop@toolbeer.dk with your order number and attach the photos of the damage, so we can start the process with PostNord and resolve the issue with you.

When can I expect answer to my mail?

We strive to answer as fast as possible although depending on staffing and volume of communication, there can be delays of several business days.

Why am I not receiving free shipping?

Due to increasing prices in shipping over the last years, we can no longer offer a free shipping tier. Our shipping prices are calculated dynamically on weight along with current energy and fuel surcharges, but most importantly, the shipping price you get from To Øl is the best price we can secure without any additional margin on top.

Can I pickup my order at To Øl City in Svinninge?

We have a Svinninge locals option to pickup at the warehouse at To Øl City in Svinninge for online orders placed on the webshop.

If you don't live in Svinninge but would like to make the drive to pickup the order yourself, you can use the address of To Øl City in checkout, and then the option for pickup will appear.

You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.

The warehouse is open from 8 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Once you arrive to the gate, call the warehouse number found on the gate and proceed straight back to the warehouse. Come ready with your order number, so the warehouse can quickly locate your order.

How do I report a quality issue?

If you suspect that a beverage may not live up to our standards for quality, our QC department would like to hear about it.

Please visit this link to submit the necessary details for our QC department to investigate the issue. After you've submitted the QC form, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Where can I use my Tipster voucher?

Please carefully read the Tipster campaign page as it clearly states where the campaign vouchers can be used. Unless specifically mentioned, the webshop cannot redeem Tipster vouchers.
