Cocktails that do the job

Mikropolis makes modern ready-to-drink cocktails for all occasions.

The story began at Mikropolis Bar, a small cocktail bar on Vendersgade in Copenhagen. Drawing on To Øl’s brewing background, the team experimented with ingredients and techniques, from making their own tonic to developing bitters with herbs and spices.

In 2018, Mikropolis Cocktails launched from BRUS, where cocktails were made in the brewery’s tanks and served on tap at bars, music venues and festivals. Cans followed, bringing those drinks into people’s fridges and making a good cocktail easier to take along.

Today, the cocktails are made at To Øl City in Svinninge. The focus is on clear flavours, no artificial aromas, carefully chosen ingredients and getting the balance right every time, whether the drink is poured from a tap or opened at home.

For the party, the bar, the festival, the dance floor, the dinner table and whenever you want a proper cocktail without turning it into a project.
