A long Danish tradition
The name, "Svinninge Mineralvand", is a tribute to an era. In the late 1800s, Denmark was home to over 120 historic mineral water factories. We are reviving that old-school tradition of craftsmanship from our home in Svinninge.
Our factory grounds carry their own history, having served as a Beauvais food production site for 59 years. Today, we continue that local industrial legacy under the very same roof, bringing our own dedication to quality into every beer, cider, and soda we make.

Brokilde is the natural mineral water source behind all of our sodas. Having direct access to an officially recognized spring is rare for a brewery, making our mineral water statement a literal truth.
