10 Blossom Wheat - Pohjala Collab

This beer is a collaboration with our dear friends at Pohjala. We were inspired by a few different ideas. First, that we are using a product called Yops, which is a hop extract that is naturally derived but has a much greener footprint than hops. We thought that could go well with various botanicals, which of course should be local to Denmark and Estonia. Pohjala brought the ones from Estonia out in their suitcase. Finally, we thought a wheat beer with a wheat beer yeast was the best platform to bring all these ideas together.
