Coco Fresco

This IPA is designed to showcase the delicious coconut and woody notes of neo-mexicanus hops. We used them in a few new ways in the brewhouse - first by putting some in the mash and second by putting some in the fermenter prior to knock out. All are designed to bring out the flavors more intensely. And with the dry hop we've added a touch of coconut flakes to enhance the real coconut essence.
