On Tap at BRUS

The taps at our brewpub BRUS in Nørrebro change all the time. Each month we pick a handful of what’s pouring there and pack it in cans, with two To Øl glasses to drink from at home. 

This month:

2 × 45 Days Vienna Lager (4.7%, 44cl). Matured slowly in our restored lagering tanks at To Øl City. Noble hops, golden malts and a lot of patience.

2 × Easy Pilsner (4.6%, 33cl). A clean, crisp helles with a light herbal spice from German noble hops.

2 × Whirl Domination (6.2%, 33cl). A hazy IPA, and the first IPA brewed in our brewhouse at To Øl City in Svinninge.

2 × Over Hegnet (4.0%). A juicy, organic cider from Æblerov, made with Danish apples from Tvedemose, a regenerative farm in South Zealand.

2 × Rosa Spritzer (7%, 25 cl). A Mikropolis cocktail: bitter, sweet and red.

2 × Pineapple Crush (7%, 25 cl). A Mikropolis cocktail with dark rum, pineapple, vanilla and passion fruit.

2 × To Øl Bodega Maxi glass, 40cl.
