Continuing our single hopped series, this time showcasing the unique flavors of this gem of a hop (wink wink) Idaho Gem. Dry hopped with Idaho Gem alone, this beauty of an IPA shines with notes of stone fruit, red berry, citrus, and grapefruit, all balanced by a smooth and velvety mouthfeel from the flaked oats and wheat malts we carefully added to the malt bill.
