The history of brewing in Kyiv was thoroughly researched by Underwood, who discovered that the most popular and first beers were of German style. With this knowledge, they decided to craft a beer representing their home city, resulting in a crisp, dry Helles beer that balances sweet maltiness with a subtle hop flavour.
