This beer is brewed in collaboration with BRUS and is inspired by Easy Jeff, a best-selling beer there. Using dry hopping at the start of fermentation, the beer has a fruity/juicy intensity which is then boosted by the addition of Tamar's favourite hop, Idaho Gem. This beer, along with Maxima, is designed as a pair.
