This is a single-hopped beer designed to highlight the unique flavors of HBC630 hops, which is a new experimental variety from Yakima Chief. They describe the hop profile as ‘Sweet Fruits and Berries like Raspberry and Cherry, along with sweet candy-like esters and lactones giving creamy notes of peach and banana.’.
